Terms and Conditions

1. Customers can choose from a variety of customization options, including images, text, designs, and color preferences.Except for the following content prohibited:
- Offensive or discriminatory language or images
- Inappropriate or vulgar imagery2. Customers are responsible for submitting high-quality images and text for their customized mugs and tumblers. We will not be held liable for poor quality image if the files submitted are low resolution so make sure about the quality of image/s you will share.3. Once a design is submitted and approved by both parties, production typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Please note that when there is an emergency, customers will be notified immediately of any potential delays.4. A digital proof of the customized design will be provided for approval before printing commence. Remember, production will only begin once the customer confirms it. So customers are responsible for checking and reviewing the design carefully before approving it.Any changes requested after it has been approved will incur additional costs.5. Full payment is required upon order confirmation which will be given after both parties agreed to the design. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.7. Customized products are not eligible for returns, except in cases of:
- Printing errors
- Item defectsWe will send a photo and video evidence of packaging the product to ensure that any defects will not come from our part.But if customers notice one, then they must report any defects immediately upon the day of receiving the item, accompanied by a video evidence.8. Shipping times may vary depending on the customer’s location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier and defects that occur during the shipping so carefully choose your shipping carrier. All shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is proven in the that the error is from our part.
